The food was incredibly flavourful, and we could add garish as we like which is great. Would prefer slightly more vegetables that isn’t garnish but that’s my personal preference. The server also let us come in despite closing soon and was really lovely about it, and generically good vibes.

Unfortunately, the taste was disappointing and not what I expected.
I really like Pho in Clapham Junction, so I assumed the Angel branch would be just as good. However, the noodles were stuck together, and the three types of mushrooms didn’t seem very fresh. Most importantly, I felt unwell after eating, which made me question the freshness of the ingredients. I hope they improve this.

I always love Pho for its reliability and vegan options. This particular experience was made excellent by our server Deshane. He was attentive, accommodating, but most of all so friendly and he deserves a raise.
